The present article reveals the problems of integrated learning, which in modern conditions is considered one of the important facts of intellectual development of elementary school students. The research is carried out to establish the influence of stage-by-stage complex approach on intellectual development in elementary school students. The main ideas are defined as follows: existing concepts and models of stage-by-stage complex intellectual development of junior schoolchildren require their development; the study of peculiarities and possibilities of realization of stage-by-stage complex teaching in elementary school will allow to develop recommendations on introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies (model) of stage-by-stage complex teaching aimed at increasing the level of intellectual achievements of students; it is important to experimentally confirm the effectiveness of the proposed recommendations. The study has been carried out. A new model of stage-by-stage teaching is proposed to ensure continuity between the stages of education and equal intellectual development. A unique method of diagnostics of intellectual development has been developed, which allows to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of educational technologies. Practical significance of the recommendations on creating conditions for the intellectual development of elementary school children, aimed at teachers and administrators of elementary school.

The present article deals with the problems arising from the psychological and pedagogical foundations of the organization of group work in elementary school. The aim of the study is to establish the main definitions, principles and approaches that contribute to the successful implementation of effective group work in the learning process of elementary school. The realization of this goal involves the development of psychological and pedagogical techniques aimed at the formation of skills of constructive communication and teamwork, to activate cognition in primary school students. Scientific and practical significance of the work is expressed in the results obtained. So the results of observation confirm the necessity of group interaction in junior schoolchildren and emphasize the importance of specially organized work. Questioning of teachers and parents of elementary school children were indicated that the special influence of age psychology of younger schoolchildren on their productivity in the course of joint or group learning activities. The proposed recommendations are aimed at the implementation in practice of the pedagogical principle of the teacher's organization of teamwork in the primary grades, with reliance on the individual-psychological characteristics of students and to create more comfortable conditions for a fuller disclosure of talents and abilities of each child. Experimental application of the technique in practice showed a positive effect in children in the experimental group, as they increased the indicators of motivation, social adaptation, decreased anxiety, improved emotional atmosphere, which confirms the hypothesis of the study and indicates the value of the study in pedagogy and psychology of elementary school.

This article examines the integration of media technology into English language teaching in higher education, driven by the need to enhance student engagement amid the declining effectiveness of traditional methods. The research aims to explore how digital tools such as interactive platforms (Wordwall, LearningApps), gamification and AI – driven resources (ChatGPT, Grammapp) can improve motivation, participation and learning outcomes among university students. The study focuses on blended learning models of teaching that combine innovative technologies with established traditional pedagogical approaches. Its scientific and practical significance lies in developing effective strategies to create authentic language environments, support diverse learning styles and foster collaborative skills. The study proposes a localized model for applying media technologies in the Kazakhstani context, based on experimental data from Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after A. Margulan. The research’s contribution includes providing empirically grounded recommendations for creating inclusive and motivating educational environments, advancing language education modernization in Kazakhstan and beyond.

This article considers especially the development of teachers' professional competencies needed to manage the innovation environment. The study was carried out in order to develop the main directions of teachers' professional competencies development, which can provide effective management of innovation environment in secondary educational institutions. The main provisions and aspects of formation of teachers' knowledge and skills necessary for the management of innovation knowledge and skills are considered. The level and perception of problems and importance of professional competencies among school teachers, which they need to improve innovation management, were evaluated. Their results showed: that school teachers feel the need to develop a number of key competencies for mastering modern technologies and using innovative teaching methods, as well as note the need for additional training and professional development for effective management of the innovation process. These indicators are confirmed by the opinions of school administrations, parents of pupils, high school students and IT specialists. Lack of equipment, lack of time and low technical support were identified as the main barriers to successful management of the innovation environment. A comprehensive system for the development of teachers' professional competencies focused on innovation management has been developed. Its implementation should allow teachers to more effectively implement innovative teaching methods and manage changes in school educational processes.

The article also discusses the "Family and Friends" series as a resource that supports cognitive strategies through engaging content and communicative activities. Ultimately, it advocates for a learner-centered approach that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards English language learning by creating connections between prior knowledge and new concepts.

The integration of video games in school application in language instruction is an effective tool in instruction, blending instruction with enjoyment. In contrast with traditional approaches, with a predisposition towards stiffness, video games generates dynamism, providing rich environment for motivation and interaction derived from enjoyment. By offering contextual application of language and contextualization in terms of narrative, students access authentic structures, enrich unconsciously lexicons, grammar, and communicative competencies. Besides, dimensions of gamificated ones-obstacles, feedback loops, achievements-engages mental processes, strengthening recall and creation of meaning. Most importantly, multi-player platforms triggers group instruction, hastens students towards negotiation of meaning, collaboration, and use of language in real-time in a strategic manner. Such activity, replete with spontaneous conversation and problem-solving of a complex kind, mirrors real-life use environments for language. In spite of such activity, integration of video games in curriculums is not challenge free; involves selection with care of materials, integration with educa-tional aims, and consideration for potential for distraction. For such reason, instructors must navigate with care in such seas, utilizing engrossing potential of games and at the same time protecting pedagogical integrity. In its quest to disentangle complex role played by video games in language development, such inquiry promotes harmonious integration of conventional and unorthodox approaches in modern trends in instruction in English language.

This article examines the influence of the level of emotional intelligence on the effectiveness of scientific and professional performance of university students. Since EI is an important aspect to ensure the successful scientific and professional performance of university students. The purpose of the study was to identify the relationships between the level of development of emotional intelligence and scientific and professional activity in higher education institutions. Modern methods of EI assessment were used, such as questionnaires and tests that allow to objectively assess the level of its development in the participants. The results showed that a high level of EI contributes to better adaptation to the learning environment, increased motivation for learning and successful implementation of research projects. The scientific significance of the study consists in expanding the understanding of the role of EI in the educational process and the formation of scientific and professional competencies in future specialists. The practical value of the study consists in the development of a model, based on which it is possible to develop recommendations and programs to increase EI for students, taking into account the peculiarities of their specialization, which will improve the quality of education and prepare personnel with scientific and professional skills. The study as a whole confirms the hypothesis and the importance of taking into account EI in the educational strategies of universities and in programs to support students, as they affect their scientific and professional growth and will bring success in their future profession.
